To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to recommend Keystone Craftsmen for their proficiency and craftmanship in the field of carpentry and renovation. In the work they have done for us, Keystone Craftsmen demonstrated competence and knowledge in plumbing, electrical work, and all skills necessary to complete the job. Their attention to detail and high expectations for the work they did were commendable. They were creative in coming up with solutions for problems that arose and diligent in tracking down sources of those problems and finding the materials needed to correct them. If they were not satisfied with the way something turned out they would alter or correct it until it was up to their high standards.
Keystone Craftsmen also noticed problems which we had lived with and not realized, or the builder had not addressed properly and found ways to correct them. For example, they found neglected chimney problems, and located the source of troublesome sewer gas, which they arranged a system of ventilation for. When I casually mentioned that I was disappointed that some old doors no longer closed properly, Keystone Craftsmen went about fixing them in short order without my realizing it. I was delighted!
Keystone Craftsmen also have a keen eye and sense of artistry in making suggestions for the most aesthetic way of doing a renovation. They are open to your ideas while offering their own suggestions on any project. Their attention to detail is impressive.
I have no reservations at all in highly recommending Keystone Craftsmen for any project.

Dear Keystone Crafstmen,
This is to confirm and acknowledge that you performed several repairs and renovation projects to my residence located in New Britain, Pennsylvania.
To summarize, the scope of your work was as follows:
- Replacing all fixtures and some plumbing in the boys’ upstairs bathroom.
- A complete renovation of the “girls’ bathroom” wherein you gutted the room down to the studs replacing the fixtures, bath tub, sink, plumbing, new wall board, spackling and a new ceramic tile floor.
- You also renovated the master bathroom by reconfiguring the oak cabinets, measuring and installation of the granite counter top, installation of new medicine cabinets and the wiring and installation of new electrical fixtures.
- In the kitchen you measured and installed the new granite tops on the counters and the cook top isle. Additionally, you installed new fixtures consisting of the new stove top, double oven and stainless steel sink. This work included all required plumbing and electrical to accomplish the kitchen renovation.
- Further, you spent several days repairing, spackling and painting the chimney and ceiling in the living room/great room.
- Last, but not least, you placed a stone cap on the outside of my chimney which had been leaking. This cap was approximately 4’ x 6’ and was custom cut to accommodate the five flues exiting the existing chimney.
You are skilled and meticulous craftsmen with the ability to perform the work of all construction trades for any home renovation no matter how large or complex. Family members and guests who visit rave about the results of your work especially the beautiful granite counter tops you installed in the kitchen which pleases me as a proud homeowner.
I welcome the opportunity to recommend you to any prospective homeowner seeking your services and they would be welcomed in my house to see your work product.

After several months of having a problem with our dryer, I called Keystone Craftsmen. They were able to solve the problem quickly. It was necessary for them to remove some shelving to get to the duct work for the dryer. They very carefully replaced all the woodwork after replacing the duct work. They are very professional and gave great attention to all the details of this repair work. I would highly recommend Keystone Craftsmen for any work around your home.

After having Keystone Craftsmen complete an entire bathroom renovation in our master bedroom, I would recommend their services to anyone I know.
The work began after our original shower (in a 30+-year-old house) was leaking behind the tile, through the walls, and into our foyer and living room ceiling. Keystone Craftsmen came and stopped the leak for us. After much discussion with my husband, we decided that we should have Keystone Craftsmen help us remove the entire existing shower and replace and update. That decision led to our belief that if we were going to fix the shower, we should update the entire bathroom. Being a one-income family with three children, we did not have a lot of money to spend. I felt that Keystone Craftsmen was very sensitive to this situation and often offered money-saving ideas while we were discussing the remodel. I really appreciated their suggestions, as they knew much more about these projects than we did. We were looking into building a deep recessed medicine cabinet to extend into our bedroom closet (our bathroom is very small). I could not find anything that was the depth we wanted, to match our new distressed black vanity, or within our price range. Rather than have us settle on something we didn’t like, or purchase something way out of our budget, Keystone Craftsmen offered to make the recessed cabinet themselves. The cabinet turned out wonderfully, giving us the space we needed in a tight area while remaining very attractive and matching the rest of the bathroom.
As we were planning the bathroom, Keystone Craftsmen made many suggestions based on their experience that I would not thought of which made our bathroom better. One such example was a heated overhead lamp/exhaust fan for the shower, which I absolutely love. Keystone Craftsmen had a very nice balance of suggesting things, but not wanting to influence my decision in all areas of the project. However, I generally found that I ended up really liking their ideas and would not have thought of them on my own.
As for the quality of Keystone Craftsmen’s work, I found them to have a real attention to detail. They were perfectionists. They took a real pride in their work. I could see that they didn’t care that the bathroom was in my house, they cared that the quality of their work reflected upon him. Keystone Craftsmen had the work ethic unbeknownst to many, the skill to back up their work ethic, and were extremely reliable in all areas. They did plumbing work, electrical work, tiled floor and shower, installed a new window, put up drywall, painted, and did everything required from bare studs and rough plumbing to a brand new bathroom. There are so many areas to compliment Keystone Craftsmen and their work, but the finished product of our bathroom really says it all.
I am beyond pleased with the outcome of our new bathroom. It is a shame it is hidden away in the master bedroom on the second floor because I want everyone who enters our house to see it!
Again, as indicated by my testimony, I would, without hesitation, recommend Keystone Craftsmen to do any project in anyone’s home.
